CECA Registration Form
To complete the Online Registration Form:
- Fill in the fields below (online).
- Include home address if payment is by personal check or online payment.
- Include school or business address if payment is by institutional check or PO.
- Include both if payment is from one but you wish mailings to be sent to the other.
- Select the appropriate Registration Fee.
- Select Books if included in fee.
- Indicate your agreement to the terms and conditions of Registration. (See sidebar for details.)
- Click "Submit Registration Data"
- Print a copy of the resulting form for your records.
- Make an Online Payment or send a Check or Purchase Order for the Registration Fee to CECA as instructed on the resulting form. (See sidebar for Payment Options.)
Your registration will NOT be processed until payment or purchase order is received.
